Mark brings 35 years of leadership experience in public companies, finance, and capital markets. He previously served as CFO of Phoenix Motor Inc., where he led the acquisition of Proterra’s Transit business, increasing Phoenix's scale five-fold. He is also the Founder of Hastings E Ventures, LLC, a capital markets advisory firm. Previously, Mark spent 30 years on Wall Street in the energy sector holding senior roles at asset management firms and investment banks, including Geosphere Capital Management, S.A.C. Capital Advisors, Deutsche Bank, and Merrill Lynch. Mark began his career in the Controllers Department at Exxon. Mark was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Tennessee, where he earned the James M. Gower Outstanding MBA Achievement Award.

Victoria Hay brings nearly 20 years of public company finance experience to Aero Velocity. Mrs. Hay has been the co-owner and President of Flexible Consulting, LLC, a financial and accounting consulting firm, since May 2021. In her capacity as President of Flexible Consulting, LLC, Mrs. Hay has acted as a financial and accounting advisor for numerous companies, including acting as contracted Interim Chief Financial Officer of Nauticus Robotics, Chief Financial Officer of ECD Automotive Design, and Chief Financial Officer of Enovate, an AI company focused on the oil and gas sector. Prior to her time at Flexible Consulting, LLC, Mrs. Hay was at Weatherford International plc (NASDAQ: WFRD) from 2008 to May 2021 in accounting and finance roles of increasing seniority, most recently as the Senior Director – Global Accounting and Reporting Services. Mrs. Hay began her career as a finance analyst with Morgan Stanley. Mrs. Hay is a CIMA chartered accountant and has a BSC (Hon) in Biotechnology and Management from Edinburgh University.

Erik Schultz serves as Chief Revenue & Strategy Officer at Aero Velocity, where he leads go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across commercial, industrial, and federal markets. He is responsible for scaling Aero Velocity’s revenue engine—aligning sales execution, strategic account development, partner ecosystems, and long term growth initiatives to expand market share and build durable, repeatable programs for enterprise and government customers. Previously, Erik was the Founder and CEO of Liberty Drones, one of the first companies to pioneer and commercialize exterior building cleaning using drones at scale. He developed the operational playbooks, training frameworks, and deployment model that transformed an emerging capability into a standardized service offering—proving product-market fit and setting a foundation for scalable national adoption. Erik brings a technical and systems-oriented approach to growth, with a background in full-stack software development specializing in geospatial visualization and API integrations. This enables Aero Velocity to pair field execution with high trust reporting, data-driven deliverables, and enterprise ready workflows that support long-term asset programs. Erik graduated with honors from Tulane University and is bilingual.
